The Arts Council, Inc., is once again opening its doors to Georgia Artists with Disabilities, Inc.
This free visual arts exhibit will be open to the public from Monday, January 9, through Monday, January 30. Hours are 9:00-4:00, Monday-Friday each week.
Each exhibition includes several mediums of artwork such as painting, pottery, quilting, photography, woodwork and others. GAWD’s main goal, throughout the years, according to a news release, has been to identify and recognize disabled citizens of Georgia who are creative, capable and talented in the arts.
The exhibition is located on the second level of the Arts Council Smithgall Arts Center at 331 Spring Street.
