The Dawson County Commission has selected David Headley as the sole finalist for the county's manager's job.
An announcement on the county website indicates commissioners will vote on the appointment at their September 15 meeting. The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. at the Dawson County Government Center at 25 Justice Way in Dawsonville.
Headley currently serves as Dawsonville's City Manager, a post he has held since December 2015.
