Chestatee cluster students collect items for Lousiana flood victims

This week schools in the Chestatee cluster are collecting supplies to help with flood relief efforts in Louisiana.
 
The goal is to fill up a 53-foot trailer in front of Chestatee High School,
 
Items will be collected through Friday and can be dropped off at Chestatee High School, Chestatee Academy, Sardis Elementary, Lanier Elementary, Lyman Hall Elementary and McEver Elementary.
 
The following items are being collected:

Cleaning supplies
buckets
bleach
cleaning detergent
mops
Shockwave for mold
brooms
paper towels
large garbage bags
rubber gloves
masks,
scrub brushes
scouring pads
sponges
air freshener

Hygiene
toiletries
hand sanitizer
shampoo
conditioner
bar soap
hand soap
adult diapers
shaving cream
toilet paper

Baby supplies
diapers for babies
baby wipes
baby food
baby formula
sippy cups
baby bottles

Pet supplies
pet cages
kennels
leashes
collars
pet food
cat litter

Miscellaneous
bottled water
nonperishable food items
school supplies
