Hall students receive Piedmont academic honors

The following students from Hall County have been awarded academic honors for the recently completed spring semester at Piedmont College:

Students named as Dean’s Scholars finished the semester with a perfect 4.0 GPA. They include, from Buford: Brittani Jones; from Flowery Branch: Grace Bramlett and Elizabeth Gale; from Gainesville: Sandra List, Rachel Matthews, Prett Myers, James Passmore, and Taylor Swoszowski; and from Gillsville: Brian Edwards.

Students named to the Dean’s List finished the semester with a GPA of 3.55 to 3.99. They include, from Buford: Bradford Perry, Emma Stanley, and Tatum Williams; from Clermont: Thomas Peppers; from Flowery Branch: Audrey Fabiny, Clayton Thayer, and Christopher White; from Gainesville: Kari Butts, Josie Coker, Chelsea Gittens, Laura Graves, Kristen Hill, Morgan Ivey, Marvin Lawson, Mollie Leeuwenburg, Aaron Phillips, Carly Preston, Esteban Salazar, Seth Scott, Maggie Smith, and Natalie Winters; from Lula: Griffin Olson, Jacob Passmore, and Sean Thomas; from Murrayville: Hayden Savage; and from Oakwood: Malorie Smith.
