The Junior League of Gainesville Hall County and Interactive Neighborhood for Kids (INK) are working together again this year to present their Healthy Habits Expo to the Gainesville community.

The free event is set for Sunday, March 20 from 1 - 4 p.m. at INK, which is located at 99 Chestnut Street in Gainesville.

The Healthy Habits Expo is fun for the whole family, according to the organizers. Professionals from the fields of healthcare, nutrition, mental health, exercise physiology, sports and many others will be participating as exhibitors and educators. Children and their families will have access to a large number of resources and opportunities to learn about preventing childhood obesity and maintaining a happy, healthy lifestyle.

Families who attend the Expo will learn how to incorporate physical activity and healthy nutritional habits into everyday routines, as well as the importance of preventive healthcare.

The Expo also includes food, games and prizes.
