WINDER — The Gainesville boys basketball team wrapped the regular season with an unblemished record in Region 8-AAAAA play on Friday after defeating Winder-Barrow 70-51 in Winder.
The Red Elephants (18-4, 15-0 Region 8-AAAAA) led throughout and were paced by 18 points from Bailey Minor. Michael White also added 11 points.
Gainesville next plays in the Region 8-AAAAA tournament next week, opponent to be determined.
