FLOWERY BRANCH — Flowery Branchy followed up its first-ever Lanierland title with a tough 49-48 victory over Forsyth Central Saturday.
Gabe Holston paced the Falcons (10-5) with 12 points. John Mills added 10 for Flowery Branch.
The Falcons will jump back into Region 8-AAAAA action traveling to Apalachee on Tuesday.
