BLAIRSVILLE - The Byron Herbert Reece Farm & Heritage Center http://reecefarm.org/ near Blairsville will present "Maters and Music" Saturday, August 22, from 11:30-3:00.
It will feature homemade tomato sandwiches, compliments of the Reece Center. Fresh tomatoes will be for sale as well and music will be provided by the Bennie Shook Family and the Shady Grove United Methodist Church bluegrass band.
Admission is free but there is a $4.00 fee anyone 12 and over who wishes to tour the venue’s exhibits. For more information contact the Reece Center at 706-745-2034.
The Reece Farm & Heritage Center is located on U.S. 129, 9 miles south of Blairsville, near Vogel State Park.
