BUFORD — Hall County authorities have released the name of the Buford woman whose body was discovered Sunday afternoon in Lake Lanier.
Family members discovered the body of 61-year-old Susan Button in the lake around 1:30 p.m. on Lakewood Drive off of Woodlake Drive, which is on the south end of Hall County.
Deputy Nicole Bailes with the Hall County Sheriff's Office said investigators are awaiting autopsy results to determine how Button died.
