CLERMONT—One man is being treated after a log truck overturned late Monday morning in Clermont.

Deputy Nicole Bailes with the Hall County Sheriff's Office said they received the call around 11:15 a.m. about the truck overturning on Belton Bridge Road near Skitts Mountain Road.

Dallas Vanscoten with the Georgia State Patrol, the organization handling the investigation, identified the driver as William Hunter Watson, 37, of Ellijay. He was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

The single-vehicle accident also knocked down some power lines, and Hall County Fire Marshal Scott Cagle said that Habersham EMC has been notified.

At last report, crews are still on scene trying to contain a fuel leak from the truck.
