LULA - An intensive manhunt that saturated Lula for about three hours Sunday night did not turn up fugitive Ryan Hovey.
Instead, another man was arrested.
Cpl. Auston Allen of Georgia State Patrol Post 6 in Gainesville provided details.
"Hall County is taking all charges, but this is not Ryan Hovey," Allen said.
Sunday night's manhunt followed a chase with Hall County deputies into downtown Lula, Allen said.
Fugitive Ryan Hovey, who is considered armed and dangerous, has been at large since a mid-week chase.
