CUMMING - Forsyth County officials are urging drivers to stay away from Shiloh Road at Majors Road while they try to repair a water main break.
According to Sheriff's Sgt. Josh Watson, they aren't sure yet what caused the break.
"The water department is there working on it, but we ask everyone to please avoid the area," said Watson. Forsyth County Water and the City of Cumming Water are both on scene.
"It was shooting water 20 to 30 feet in the air, so it's a pretty significant break," he said.
Watson said they didn't have an estimated time for the roads to re-open, but at the moment, the road is shut down in both directions.
