GAINESVILLE - Five people, including several children, are recovering at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a Tuesday morning wreck that shutdown Browns Bridge Road for more than an hour.
Cpl. Kevin Holbrook said the children range in age from three to seven years old, and the wreck happened at the intersection of Browns Bridge and Montgomery Road.
Seven people were involved in the wreck between a Toyota and Honda passenger cars.
"At this time we do not know a cause or manner of collision," said Holbrook.
The wreck remains under investigation.
