Williams leads balanced attack as Nighthawks race past Shorter

DAHLONEGA — T.J. Williams led five players in double figures with a team-high 19 points as the University of North Georgia men's basketball team handed Shorter its first loss of the season with a 102-82 decision on Tuesday evening in UNG's Memorial Hall. 

The Nighthawks ended the first half on a 20-4 run to take a 50-37 lead into intermission. Sean Brennan's three-pointer just before the buzzer finished sent UNG into the locker room with a 13-point edge.
