GAINESVILLE - A two-car accident tangled traffic on Dawsonville Highway Saturday afternoon.
The state patrol says the mishap occured around 4:40 when a Toyota Carrolla driven by Sabrina Singh, 22, Gainesville, crossed a double yellow line and collided head-on with a Hyundai Santa Fe driven by Lori Jordan, 46, also of Gainesville.
Both drivers were taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center with serious injuries.
The Georgia State Patrol is investigating and charges are pending.
