GAINESVILLE - The company planning to develop a 36-lot subdivision on Hog Mountain Road near Flowery Branch is asking that the Hall County Planning Commission again table the matter.

Ridgeline Land Planning, Inc., requested at the July planning commission meeting that the application to rezone the property be tabled until August but was then granted a request that the matter be tabled from August to September.

The issue is on the agenda for this afternoon's planning commission meeting (5:15 at the Hall County Government Center) but county Planning Director Srikanth Yamala confirmed this morning that Ridgeline now wants it tabled until the planning board's October meeting. Yamala says Ridgeline hopes to get approval for the portion of the project in Gwinnett County before the Hall County Planning Commission takes any action.
