ATLANTA (AP) - Authorities are investigating how a Marietta man died skydiving in Polk County.

Polk Deputy Coroner Tony Brazier said 26-year-old Donald Bragg died Saturday in an accident that also injured a second man.

Emergency officials received several calls around 2 p.m. from witnesses at SkyDive the Farm in Cedartown. Brazier told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution the men may have collided immediately after jumping.

The collision may have knocked one man unconscious and caused parachute malfunctions.

Bragg was pronounced dead at the scene. The coroner's office did not know the identity of the injured man.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation plans to perform an autopsy on Bragg's body in the coming days. A man who answered the phone at the skydiving business said company representatives were unavailable for comment.
