Mill Creek sets records in 65-27 win at West Forsyth

CUMMING -- Johnathan Hawkins and Bryson King each set records for Mill Creek, as the Hawks blistered West Forsyth 65-27 to set a new mark for points scored in a game on Friday in Cumming.<br /> <br /> Hawkins ripped off a 97-yard touchdown run to open the scoring for the Hawks (1-1) -- the longest in program history.<br /> <br /> King, meanwhile, kicked the most points after touchdown in team history (9) and also recorded the most touchbacks on kickoffs (6).<br /> <br /> Hawkins finished with 162 yards rushing on 13 carries and three touchdowns. Brian Esianayi also added 102 yards on 13 carries and two scores.<br /> <br /> Malik Turner added two rushing touchdowns and one scoring reception, while quarterback Daniel David also rushed for a score.<br /> <br /> Sidney Otiwu also returned an interception 75 yards for a score.<br /> <br /> The Hawks will play host to Dacula next week.
