Volleyball: Johnson splits with GHS, West Hall

The Johnson volleyball team split matches with Gainesville and West Hall on Tuesday.<br /> <br /> The Lady Knights fell to Gainesville 2-1 (25-21, 13-25, 23-25). Christy Smith served up 3 aces for the Lady Knights, while Brooke Balenger and Grace Eidson added 4 kills apiece. Jenny Barrett also managed 10 digs.<br /> <br /> Johnson bounced back to sweep West Hall 2-0 (25-13, 25-21). Cassie McDonald led the way with 3 aces, while Eidson had 8 aces, 2 kills. Haleigh Williams and Balenger also had 2 kills apiece.<br /> <br /> The Lady Knights play again on Saturday at Lumpkin County.
