Coroner identifies woman killed by stray bullet

HELEN, Ga. (AP) -- Authorities in northeast Georgia have identified a Texas woman who was fatally struck by a stray bullet.<br /> <br /> White County Coroner Ricky Barrett says 68-year-old May Araim of Houston, Texas was hit by a stray bullet in the resort town of Helen on Saturday night.<br /> <br /> Police said in a statement that a gun belonging to 53-year-old Glenn Patrick Lampien of Jasper, Georgia discharged and a bullet that traveled through his hand and wounded Araim, who was across the street at the time. Barrett said the Georgia Bureau of Investigation was handling Araim's autopsy Monday.<br /> <br /> Police say Lampien has been charged with involuntary manslaughter. It's unclear if he has an attorney.<br />
