Gillsville man arrested for growing marijuana

A Gillsville man has been arrested on manufacturing marijuana charges.<br />
<br />
Joel Michael Goings, 29, was booked in the Hall County Jail Friday after Hall County Sheriff's officials, while serving a warrant, found two marijuana plants at his residence.<br />
<br />
MANS Agents responded to assist and located a third plant.<br />
<br />
The street value of the plants was estimated at $6,000.<br />
