GAINESVILLE - Four people have been arrested for trafficking methamphetamine in three separate incidents since the end of July.

Tonya Michelle Cook of Woodstock, Jennifer Darlene Roberson of Monroe, Heather Draper and Harry Siberon Jr., both of Buford, were arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, according to Hall County Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad Lt. Scott Ware.

Ware said Draper and Siberon were both charged with reckless conduct as well.

"They were both charged with reckless conduct due Ms. Draper's nine month old child being in the car during the drug deal," said Ware.

Cook, 38, was arrested on July 30 when she arrived at a pre-determined location with eight ounces of meth, worth about $22,400 on the street, according to Ware.

Roberson, 33, was arrested in the same fashion on August 5. She arrived with four ounces of meth, worth about $11,200 on the street.

Draper, 38, and Siberon, 34, arrived at a similar pre-planned location. "The drugs seized was approximately one pound of methamphetamine ," said Ware. "The estimated street value of the drugs was approximately $49,600."

"A pound is substantial," Ware said. "We work anything from a quarter of a gram all the way up to hundreds of pounds from time to time. But this was a productive week... we're taking a little under two pounds off the street so we're happy with that."

All four suspects are in the Hall County Jail.
