Casino company offers apology after boat got stuck

SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) -- The company affiliated with a casino boat that got stuck off the coast near Tybee Island, Georgia, is apologizing to customers and insisting that no laws were broken.<br /> <br /> The Savannah Morning News reports (http://bit.ly/1ryOJ7W ) that Tradewinds Casino Cruise Lines Vice President Roger Humphreys issued the statement Wednesday.<br /> <br /> Humphreys said the company is sorry for any inconvenience caused for passengers. He said the company is cooperating fully with an ongoing investigation by the U.S. Coast Guard.<br /> <br /> Coast Guard crews rescued more than 100 passengers and crew members from The Escapade on July 16 after the boat ran aground. They had spent about 16 hours stuck at sea.
