OAKWOOD - Thomas Earl Smith, 41, of Oakwood was arrested Monday after meeting under-cover police at a pre-determined location to make a drug sale.<br />

Authoritites arrested him without incident, according to a press release from the Hall County Sheriff's Office.<br />
<br />
Smith faces charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of psilocybin with intent to distribute, and possession of alprazolam.<br />
<br />
The drugs police found, which included a search of his residence, are valued at around $300-400, according to Lt. Scott Ware with the Hall County Sheriff's Office.
