Pharmacist arrested for alleged "upskirt" photos of customer

SUWANEE - A Kroger pharmacist has been arrested after he allegedly took photos underneath the skirt of a customer.<br /> <br /> According to the Gwinnett Daily Post, the incident happened at about 6:30 Sunday evening at the Kroger at 400 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. <br /> <br /> Police told the Post that the victim said she was standing in the checkout line when she saw the pharmacist, Timothy Keith Colgrove, squatting next to her with his cell phone and appeared to be taking a photograph under her skirt.<br /> <br /> The incident report says the alleged victim confronted Colgrove and attempted to take his cell phone, which resulted in a short, physical altercation, the Post reports.<br /> <br /> A nearby customer was able to help the victim retrieve the cell phone, according to the paper. The paper reports that the victim believed Colgrove was attempting to delete the photos.<br /> <br /> Colgrove, a Cumming resident, was charged with a single felony count of eavesdropping. The Gwinnett Daily Post reports he was released from jail on a $5,700 bond.<br />
