Horse show to benefit domestic violence shelters in the area

GAINESVILLE - The 13th Annual "Ticket to Ride Benefit Horse Show" will be held July 18-20 at Wills Park Equestrian Center in Alpharetta and will benefit regional domestic violence shelters - including Gainesville's Gateway Domestic Violence Center. <br /> <br /> Each year the show brings together several exhibitors, sponsors and equestrians from across the Southeast. <br /> <br /> Harry Norman, REALTORS Forsyth/Lake Lanier Office is sponsoring the event. Last year, with over 170 horses competing, the show brought in more than $12,000 that was donated to regional domestic abuse shelters, including Gateway. <br /> <br /> This goal for this year's event is $25,000.
