Autopsies performed on bodies found in Blairsville over weekend

BLAIRSVILLE - The Georgia Bureau of Investigation conducted autopsies on two bodies that were found in Blairsville over the holiday weekend.<br /> <br /> 27-year-old Brandie Lawson and 47-year-old Todd Sparks <br /> <br /> "The Union County Sheriff's Office was contacted on Saturday, July 5 about the bodies being found at 79 High Meadows Road in Blairsville," said GBI spokeswoman Sherry Lang.<br /> <br /> Lang said in the release that the autopsy of 47-year-old Todd Sparks determined he died from suicide by means of an intra-oral gunshot wound.<br /> <br /> "The results of the examination of Brandie Lawson's autopsy are pending toxicology testing," said Lang.<br /> <br /> Lang said in the release the investigation determined 27-year-old Lawson's death was an isolated incident.<br /> <br /> <i>This is a developing story.
