Norcross shooting death may be case of self defense

NORCROSS - Gwinnett County police are investigating a shooting that apparently began with a dispute between two men and one woman and ended with one of the men dead. <br /> <br /> Police say the shooting occurred around 7 a.m. Friday at Paces Crossing Apartments on Jimmy Carter Boulevard near Norcross. <br /> <br /> A press release from the Gwinnett Police Department identified the man who was killed as 35-year-old William Damron of Tennessee. Authorities said they've not filed charges because the case may be one of self defense.<br />
