Thousands fill Helen for annual fireworks

HELEN - Throughout the day Friday, motorists poured into Helen - with traffic backed up almost to Cleveland most of the day.<br /> <br /> Beautiful weather, shopping, tubing, the water park, miniature golf and other activities kept them busy during the day.<br /> <br /> Then Friday night, like a giant tailgate party, visitors crammed parking lots, lawns and other open spaces to watch the 2014 edition of the fireworks show.
