PEACHTREE CITY - Officials at Riverside Military Academy in Gainesville said Wednesday they do not believe a man who has been "flashing" female shoppers in Peachtree City has any connection to the school.
The suspect, according to a report on Fox 5 News, exposed himself to a woman in the parking lot of a Kroger grocery store. He was wearing a t-shirt with the Riverside logo on it.
School officials issued a statement, saying they had reviewed surveillance photos from the Kroger store at the Kedron Village Shopping Center. The statement said they did not recognize the suspect.

"We do not believe he has any connection to the Academy," read the statement.

"We have also called investigators and offered assistance. The T-shirt in the video has not been issued on our campus in over 4 years. Parents often donate old uniforms to charity after cadets graduate.

"This sort of behavior is the opposite of what Riverside stands for. We have promoted courtesy, character, and good citizenship for 107 years."

Peachtree City officers said the flasher is a young black male. The incident in question occurred in broad daylight, according to investigators.
