NWS: Disturbance off Ga. coast could become tropical storm

The National Weather Service (NWS) is watching an area off the Georgia coast which it says could become a tropical storm.<br /> <br /> Forecasters expect a gradual development of the system over the next few days as the low pressure area "meanders offshore."
