Pilot hospitalized following Peachtree City plane crash

PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. (AP) -- Police say a pilot has been hospitalized after a plane crash at the Atlanta Regional Airport.<br /> <br /> Peachtree City police Lt. Mark Brown says a 64-year-old Fayetteville man was flying his Piper Lightsport when it crashed Sunday morning at the regional airport, also known as Falcon Field.<br /> <br /> Officials from the Federal Aviation Administration say the aircraft crashed off the end of the runway and federal authorities are investigating.<br /> <br /> Brown says the man was airlifted to the Atlanta Medical Center and is listed in serious condition.<br />
