Forsyth Co. road to be temporarily closed

CUMMING - Gravitt Road will be temporarily closed to through traffic <br /> beginning Monday, July 7. <br /> <br /> This closure is to allow for the upgrade of the existing drainage system located just north of Spot Road at an existing creek crossing. The road is expected to re-open to through traffic by Friday, July 18, weather permitting. <br /> <br /> During the closure, a detour route will be signed along Twin Lakes Road. <br /> <br /> "We appreciate motorists' patience during this temporary closure," Forsyth County Director of Engineering John Cunard said. <br />
