Cornelia Main St. program re-accredited

CORNELIA - Cornelia once again has been designated as an accredited National Main Street Program for meeting the commercial district revitalization performance standards set by the National Main Street Center, a subsidiary of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.<br /> <br /> Cornelia was designated as part of the Main Street program for the first time in 2012 and has continually met the requirements set forth by the National Main Street Center and Georgia Main Street program.<br /> <br /> "Continually earning the accreditation with the national and state Main Street programs is a great accomplishment for Cornelia," says Cornelia Main Street/DDA Director, Heather Sinyard. "It also provides the program with numerous support channels to help accomplish our goals."
