Medical forms needed from thousands of Ga. commercial drivers

ATLANTA (AP) -- The Georgia Department of Driver Services says it's reaching out to commercial drivers whose federal medical certifications are past due.<br /> <br /> Officials say more than 25,000 Georgia commercial drivers still need to complete their federal medical clearances within 60 days or risk having their commercial drivers' licenses disqualified and canceled.<br /> <br /> Department officials say 92 percent of more than 314,300 Georgia commercial drivers have completed the new medical certification process by Jan. 30, 2014.
