Teen faces additional charges in fatal wreck

CUMMING - A teenager who was arrested following a fatal traffic accident in Forsyth County now faces additional charges.<br /> <br /> 17-year-old Adam Di Millo of Dawsonville has been charged with 1st degree vehicular homicide and DUI, and now face additional charges of reckless driving, too fast for condition, failure to maintain lane, seat belt violation and two separate counts violation of Class D restrictions, according to Forsyth County Sheriff's Deputy Robin Regean.<br /> <br /> The seat belt charge pertains to an unrestrained minor, Paul Castell Jr., who died in the crash. The Class D violation refer to no driving between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m., and no occupants under 21 who are not family within the first six months of issuance of license.<br /> <br /> Regean says Di Millo turned himself in on June 9 and posted a bond of $4,180 that day.<br /> <br /> The crash happened off of Kelly Mill Road around 1:00 a.m. Sunday, June 1. One of the passengers, 17-year-old Castell, of Dawsonville, died in the wreck. The group of five teens were coming back from a party.<br />
