Three people arrested in connection with June 5 burglary, gang activity

GAINESVILLE, GA - Three people are behind bars in connection with a burglary in the 1100 block of Villa Clara Way on June 5, according to a release from the Hall County Sheriff's Office.<br /> <br /> 18-year-old Hector Bautista, 21-year-old Liliana Rivera, and 20-year-old Ivan Torres-Garcia are being held without bond at tha Hall County Jail, according to a press release by the Hall County Sheriff's Office.<br /> <br /> All three are charged with first degree theft by taking and violation of the street gang act.<br /> <br /> Hall County Sheriff's Uniformed Patrol answered a call on June 5, and deputies discovered the homeowner's vehicle, jewelry, and numerous electronic items were taken.<br /> <br /> Authorities found the car at the Racetrac in Oakwood around midnight the following day, with the three alleged perpetrators and most of the stolen goods inside.
