ATLANTA - The State Road and Tollway Authority announced Monday that motorists who want to use the express lanes on I-85 can now purchase a "Pay'n'Go Peach Pass" at area Walgreen and CVS stores.

Since it operates on a re-loadable cash-based system, a credit card is not required.

Drivers may load from $20-$500 on the card at any time.

Passes mount to the driver's windshield and function like existing Peach Passes.

There is a $2.50 start-up cost for the card and a $1.50 fee for reloading the card, but users are offered a $5 credit if they convert to the credit-card based regular card. That system allows the user online account management options not available with this new service.
