Sgt. 1st Class Al Whitworth of Georgia State Patrol Post 7 in Toccoa outlined those plans.
Road closures are as follows:
* At 3;40 p.m., Georgia Highway 8/U.S. 29 at Georgia Highway 17 in downtown Royston will be shut down for about 30 minutes. The road will reopen once the procession arrives at the Swails Center in Franklin Springs.
* At 3:45 p.m. Sunday, Georgia Highway 8/U.S. 29 at Georgia 327 will be closed outside Franklin Springs for about 30 minutes. The road will reopen once the procession arrives at the Swails Center.
* Around 5 p.m., Georgia Highway 17 at Georgia Highway 51 in Bowersville will be shut down toward Rotston and will remain closed for roughly two hours.
* Georgia Highway 17 toward Toccoa at Georgia 17 Bypass near Royston will be closed about 5 p.m. for roughly two hours.
All roads should reopen around 7 p.m. Sunday.
