The Hillcrest View Court home caught fire and crews were dispatched around 4:05. When firefighters arrived, heavy smoke and fire was coming from the two-story, wood frame home with a basement.
The crews knocked the fire down from the outside and then entered and searched the home. The back of the house and the roof burned through.
No one was hurt and while the family was displaced, it did not need Red Cross assistance.
The cause still had not been determined early this evening.
