Fort Worth, TX - Rain has postponed Sunday's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race to Monday afternoon.

The Duck Commander 500 at Texas Motor Speedway has been pushed back to a 12 PM EST start on Monday.

WDUN will have live PRN Radio coverage of the race on 102.9 FM.

Wet weather pelted the Fort Worth track all day, pushing back the start of the race. Track drying efforts were underway throughout the afternoon as NASCAR officials tried to get the event underway on its scheduled day.

In the end, the rain and forecast won out, leading officials to move the race to Monday.

When the race does begin, Tony Stewart will start from the pole position, with Brad Keselowski alongside.
