VIDALIA - Eleven Georgia chefs will soon slice and dice the official state vegetable at the 37th Annual Vidalia Onion Festival. <br /> <br /> The 3rd Annual Golden Onion will be held on Sunday, April 27, in Vidalia on the final afternoon of the festival.
