First public meeting tonight on Hall Co. lakefront property values

GAINESVILLE - The first of two meetings to explain Hall County's recent real estate equalization project is Thursday night at the North Hall Community Center.

County Chief Tax Appraiser Steve Watson says the project took an in-depth look at lakefront property values and how those values align with actual sales of lakefront property in the county. (See the story linked below for more details on what Watson plans to cover at the public meeting.)
