NORCROSS - A Norcross woman faces charges in a fatal accident that jammed traffic on I-85 northbound during Thursday's morning rush hour.

Gwinnett County police said Maria Zeeyala Torres was at fault in an accident that killed 39-year-old Eric Murray of Minneapolis, Minnesota, the driver of a tractor trailer that overturned on the interstate. A passenger in the rig, 62- year-old Bryant Garrott of Minneapolis, was transported to Gwinnett Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
