The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) today announced rosters and coaches for the 2014 Reese's Division II College All-Star game, which will be played as part of the 2014 NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Championship. Ishmael Hollis will represent the University of North Georgia as a member of the East roster.

The Reese's Division II College All-Star game will be played on Friday, March 28, at 7:00 p.m. (EDT), at The Ford Center in Evansville, Ind. The teams are composed of two senior student-athletes from each of the eight regions in Division II and four at-large selections. The Reese's All-Star game is being played during the 2014 NCAA Men's Division II Elite Eight.

Hollis, a Flowery Branch graduate, was the Peach Belt Conference's second leading scorer (19.8 points per game) and fourth leading rebounder (9.1 rebounds per game) and capped a stellar career at UNG by being voted to the Peach Belt Conference's 1st Team All-Conference team. The senior forward tallied 10 double-doubles on the season and was named the PBC Player of the Week on January 27.

Hollis has garnered a pair of postseason accolades having landed a spot on the Daktronics All-Region team as a second team selection, and was most recently named to the NABC's Coaches' Division II All-District first team.

Hollis's selection marks the first ever for the North Georgia men's basketball program.

Located in Kansas City, Missouri, the NABC was founded in 1927 by Forrest "Phog" Allen, the legendary basketball coach at the University of Kansas. The NABC currently has nearly 5,000 members consisting primarily of university and college men's basketball coaches.

The NCAA is a membership-led nonprofit association of colleges and universities committed to supporting academic and athletic opportunities for more than 450,000 student-athletes at more than 1,000 member colleges and universities. Each year, more than 54,000 student-athletes compete in NCAA championships in Divisions I, II and III sports.
