Golf: Dawson County boys, West Hall girls win tri-matches

DAWSONVILLE -- The Dawson County boys and West Hall girls each won tri-matches on Thursday at Chestatee Golf Course in Dawsonville.

The Tigers shot a 176 to knock off Chestatee (194) and West Hall (215). Dawson County's Jake Philips finished as the low medalist with a 39.

Meanwhile, the Lady Spartans carded a 154, ahead of Dawson's 163 and Chestatee's 171.

The Lady Tigers' Madison Caldwell fired a 1-under 35 to finish as low medalist.
