The Knights scored their lone run on a squeeze play in the top of the third, only to watch Eastside score the winning run in the bottom of the ninth after the game drifted into extra innings tied at 1-1.
Lane Chancey suffered the loss for the Knights on the mound, pitching a complete game while allowing 3 hits and 2 earned runs and striking out 8.
Johnson will play host to Eastside on Wednesday in Oakwood.
