Rain pushes Chevy Perf. Super Late Model Series opener to March 22

EASTABOGA, AL - A high percentage of rain Saturday night forced officials to postpone the Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series season opener at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, AL for one week.

The 50-lap $3,000-to-win race will now be run Saturday night, March 22 at "The Hornet's Nest."

Gates will open at 4 p.m., with Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series pre-race registration and technical inspection from 4 pm to 6:15 pm. The Chevy Fan Zone will be open at 5:30 pm, and the drivers meeting is scheduled for 6:15 pm with hot laps and Racing to follow.
