Soccer: Falcons batter Salem, 7-1

CONYERS -- The Flowery Branch boys soccer team overwhelmed Salem 7-1 on Friday in Conyers.

Nick Biasi bagged three goals and an assist in the Falcons' win (4-5, 1-1 Region 8-AAAAA), while Jorge Castro added two goals. Sebastian Fernandez also scored a goal and added an assist, and Joey Brett also scored.

Taylor Richards, Elias Araya and Adante Aguilar also added assists.

Flowery Branch will play host to Heritage on Tuesday.
