Another business opening at new Gainesville shopping center

GAINESVILLE - Fred Meyer Jewelers is celebrating the grand opening of its second location in Georgia with a 1,300 square foot store within the Gainesville Kroger Marketplace at 1931 Jesse Jewel Parkway, beginning Wednesday, March 12.

The jewelry retailer is the country's third largest.

"We're delighted to offer Gainesville shoppers quality jewelry at a great value, assisted by our highly knowledgeable staff. And now, they can enjoy the convenience of shopping in their neighborhood grocery store," said Peter Engel president of Fred Meyer Jewelers. This Gainesville location is the third new store to open in 2014.
